WS INSTPOST: Publishing

WS INSTPOST tracks each publishing operation through to a confirmed result. Opening the gallery or tapping Share alone does not count as success.

General procedure

Select operation

Stories, Reels or Feed Post.

Specify media

Select a supported file type; for Reels you can add a cover.

Add text

Spintax is supported for captions and Stories text.

Set a delay

Specify the minimum and maximum values.

Select accounts

Only prepared accounts with OK status are available.

Select devices

Each account must run on its bound device while that device is Online.

Start the queue

A separate technical copy of the media is prepared for each account.

Wait for confirmation

The application monitors upload completion and verifies the profile.

Check the statistics

A final status is recorded for every account and operation.

Reels

Stories

Stories publishing supports media, a regular text layer, and a separate link sticker. Link setup is described in detail on the Stories and link sticker.

Waiting for upload

After the final Publish button, the application continues monitoring state. It does not move to the next account until the current upload is confirmed. The device gallery is cleared only after confirmation and before the next account.

Do not close Instagram during upload

Video may take longer to process than a photo. Keep power, USB, and Wi‑Fi stable until the final status appears.
