WS INSTPOST: FAQ
Brief answers to frequently asked questions about import, devices, checker and WS INSTPOST actions.
How many accounts are supported?
The workspace is designed to manage up to 1,000 accounts.
How many devices are running at the same time?
Up to 20 physical Samsung devices. Devices run in parallel, while each phone processes its accounts sequentially.
What statuses does the checker give?
OK — the target profile is confirmed; BAN — Instagram shows that the account is signed out or unavailable; ERROR — a technical error or indeterminate state.
Why is account-to-device binding required?
It binds the account to the phone where sign-in was confirmed and the session was saved. Subsequent actions run only through that account-device pair.
How to transfer an account to another phone?
Run unbind, select a new Online device, and run the checker again. Do not copy Session data between phones manually.
What import formats are supported?
TXT lists with login, password and TOTP, as well as entire folders of accounts, including the WS INSTREG format. Tabulation supported ;, |, : and whitespace separation.
Can I publish Reels, Stories, and Feed posts?
Yes. Reels supports a caption and optional cover; Stories supports text and a link sticker; Feed supports a photo or video with a caption.
How is Stories text different from a link sticker?
Stories text is a regular text layer. Configure the link in the separate link sticker URL and text fields.
Why doesn't the next account launch immediately after Share?
WS INSTPOST waits for loading confirmation and profile state changes. This prevents false success and content overlap between accounts.
Where is the proxy configured?
Configure proxies on a Wi‑Fi router or network gateway; we recommend OpenWrt and mobile SOCKS5 proxies. The application does not assign proxies to accounts in its interface.
Why does BIO need to be run separately?
Frequent profile changes combined with other actions may trigger additional platform checks. Use small batches and separate operator confirmation.
